My name is Yanel Jacome. I am a Cuban American, fluent in Spanish, and deeply committed to serving the Hispanic community with compassion and cultural understanding. I am a devoted wife of eighteen years, a mother of five, and a proud grandmother to seven beautiful grandchildren.
I have long felt a calling to integrate faith with counseling, a conviction that was strengthened through my own journey of profound grief. Through the gospel of Jesus Christ, I discovered lasting hope and experienced God’s healing and transformative power firsthand. This journey has equipped me to walk alongside individuals who are navigating deep pain, helping guide them toward healing, restoration, and a renewed focus on Christ.
I believe God’s love cannot be earned—it is freely given. Our role is to serve as vessels through which His love, grace, and truth flow. My purpose is to support others in receiving God’s love, even in the midst of suffering, and to help them move toward hope and wholeness.
With over ten years of experience in healthcare services, operations, and mental and behavioral health, I currently serve as the Counseling Operations Manager. In this role, I oversee daily operations to ensure excellence in client care while prioritizing the well-being of both clients and staff. I am passionate about strengthening organizational processes through healthy strategic planning, collaborative leadership, and the application of biblical best practices with an empathetic and servant-hearted approach.
I am honored to support Be Well Christian Counseling by providing leadership and coordinating client services. My commitment is to expand access to high-quality Christian counseling within our community. It is a privilege to lead alongside our team and to support individuals facing life’s challenges by offering biblical truth, compassionate care, and a foundation of trust.
