Flavio Jacome is a compassionate and purpose-driven Christian counselor dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges through faith, accountability, and personal growth. With a heart rooted in service, Flavio integrates biblical principles with practical guidance to support emotional healing, spiritual development, and lasting transformation. Flavio was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, where his culture instilled in him a deep appreciation for family values and togetherness. This foundation continues to shape how he connects with others—especially within the Hispanic community—creating a welcoming and understanding environment for both English- and Spanish-speaking clients. He has been married for nearly 19 years, building a strong, faith-centered marriage alongside his wife. Together, they have been blessed with five children and seven grandchildren. As a husband, father, and grandfather, Flavio brings real-life wisdom and experience into his counseling, offering guidance that is both practical and deeply personal. Drawing from his own life journey, Flavio approaches counseling with authenticity and compassion. He is committed to meeting people where they are—providing a safe, judgment-free space where truth and grace work together to bring healing and growth. His passion is helping individuals break unhealthy cycles, rediscover their identity, and walk confidently in their God-given purpose. Outside of his counseling work, Flavio enjoys playing softball and dedicates much of his time to organizing and leading Freelife Sports, using athletics as a platform for mentorship and ministry. He also serves faithfully in two nursing homes, where he ministers to residents through encouragement, presence, and the love of Christ. Flavio is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Counseling, continuing to equip himself to better serve individuals, couples, and families seeking restoration, clarity, and direction.
