Individual counseling in a pastoral context is a confidential, one-on-one relationship in which a trained pastoral counselor offers emotional, spiritual, and psychological support to help individuals explore personal issues, deepen self-understanding, and find healing and direction through the integration of faith and therapeutic insight. This session is offered both in person and virtually.
